Indian Hills Journey KOA – Russell Springs, Ky
Chris, Madison and I stayed here for swim conference. There are not a lot of options in the area for short stay or non-long term campers. Most of the parks in the are for long term campers. This KOA does offer long term campers.

Pros:
Though the facilites are dated but they are clean and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The staff will lead you to the site with a golf cart.
Each site has a picnic table and fire ring.
Fenced pool was nice with plenty of loungers and a pavilion with picnic tables.
There was also a basketball court, horse shoes, swings, and a volleyball court.
Cons:
The majority of the sites are un-level and close together. The roads or “streets’ inside the campground are narrow and awkward.
Interesting facts:
The location is great. There are several nice restaurants within a 10 – 15 min drive. Lake and river access is plentiful in the area.
